«This is a really hard review to write as I had a great time at this resort. Almost all of the staff that I interacted with were fabulous. The hotel is beautiful, easy to get around with tons of options for foodies. Beach was lovely as were the pools and the lazy river was a blast. «My wife and I stayed at El Beso adults only at Ocean El Faro we had also upgraded to privileged from January 13th thru the 27th. Food at all the restaurants was good , some could have been better but food is a personal preference. Housekeeping was amazing, it seemed like you would leave for 5 minutes and come back and they were done and gone. The rooms could use a little TLC but they are working at it every day.
