«We enjoyed a wonderful family week of birthday celebrations at The Byre. Rosie and Dave were the perfect hosts making sure we had everything we needed. In addition, it was a lovely surprise to receive homemade flapjacks and a bottle of prosecco on arrival. The location is so picturesque and peaceful and the accommodation was homely and ideal for 3 generations. Everyone (from age 14 to 80!) loved using the hot tub and pool everyday. «A wonderful place to spend time and as a base for exploring Stirling and beyond. Communication with the host superb and everything as described. Great experience and my two children loved that it was remote and that there was such an array of animals on the farm. Also easy to get to the local town to eat/shop. »

«WE ENJOYED STAYING HERE. IT WAS CONVENIENT TO ALL OF THE CASTLES, GARDENS AND OTHER SITES AROUND STIRLING, UP TO PERTH AND EASTWARD. THE HOUSE IS LOCATED ON THE OWNERS FARM. IT WAS PEACEFUL AND QUIET. IT HAD ALL THE AMENITIES LISTED IN THE SITE. IT WAS A GREAT PLACE TO RELAX AFTER A BUSY DAY TOURING. WHILE BEING IN A RURAL SETTING, YOU ARE CLOSE TO ROADS TO GET TO ALL THE THINGS THERE ARE TO DO. THE EDINBURGH AIRORT IS ONLY 40 MINUTES AWAY.»

«A beautiful part of Scotland to stay in, with lots of information about the surrounding area available for us when we arrived. The house was well equipped with everything that we needed our only issue being that the beds were not very comfortable, despite this we had a lovely stay in a part of the country we had not visited before.»
