«Check in was easy and communication with the admin was great. The interior has been updated and generally has what you need for a brief stay. I should note that this condo is on the 2nd floor and is one straight flight of narrow stairs, so if you have any disabilities or impairments this may be an issue for you. We did have an issue with the TV remote but the admin was responsive and took care of it. The couch isn't real comfortable but it was really only used one time. The neighborhood is very ...

«Great for what we needed! Host happened to be available on site when we arrived and was friendly and accommodating. It was me, my husband, 2 young sons (4 yo, 2yo) and 2 dogs staying one night for the Medieval Faire. Great location, walkable to Depot Park and several restaurants. We had a little hiccup with the check in process but it was resolved quickly, not a big deal at all. »

«Pet friendly clean room location excellent for Shands biggest problem was noisy Air Conditioner in bedroom closet. Hard to sleep with. Power went out once but came back on quickly. We would stay again as walking distance to hospital. Hosts were great to answer questions and help. Maybe a pot holder would be needed to take things out of the oven as we like to eat at home. «Just like the pictures show. It was clean, convenient, and safe. It was exactly a mile from my daughter's dorm at UF. The property owner was extremely responsive. My husband left his wedding band in the apartment. I received a call that same day to tell me they found the ring and had it in a safe. I was very grateful and impressed!»
