This luxury villa is situated in Rudina, a typical, traditional, small Dalmatian village onn the longest and sunniest Croatian island of Hvar. The fully fenced Villa is 280 m² in size and is set on a 1000 m² property. The villa has a total of four bedrooms equipped with double beds for eight guests, and another two guests sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. From three fully equipped bathrooms, two have a shower and one is equipped with a bathtub. On the ground floor of the villa you will find a living room, a kitchen equipped with all facilities for cooking, one room with bathroom and one separate toilet. Upstairs of the first floor, there are two more bathrooms and three bedrooms. In the courtyard of the villa is a 10m x 3m swimming pool and eight sun loungers. .This Villa 1 is part of a beautiful, private and modern resort with a total of 10 villas.
