Rancher i St. Thomas

«Location is nice, but food and service is not good»

«Good stay. Some staff super helpful, others didn't want to be bothered. Free breakfast was delicious but couldn't be enjoyed in the privacy of our room. I may book again. The property was beautiful»

«So friendly.. GREAT location (really close to town) If you are looking for an alternative to the big resorts, this is it.»

«No water in the bathroom due to renovation no information about it. Terrible service»

«Pink Palm never disappoints!»

«We were unaware of power outages during a two night stay. If we had known about it at time of booking we would’ve chosen another place. The shower head was leaking big time. Very difficult having water squirting all over the place while taking a shower. Was told by management power was going to be off from 9am-3pm and it didn’t come on till 3:25 and told it would be shut off again from 5-7pm again. «Excellent value for the price! Leah and Norma were very kind and great with communication. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Crystal Cove is located close to everything. Looking forward to our next trip out!»

«loved the place and the area, second time staying here at saphire beach & will definitely stay here everytime we visit ST Thomas»

«Great staff, good food, iconic hotel. Loved it and Nick making drinks in the bar 👍😀»
