«Omgeeee!!! I can’t begin to say how amazing this property is!! Richman and the other young lady were so responsive and communication was on point. The pictures do the house no justice, just absolutely perfect!!! It was 19 of us there celebrating my 40th bday and it was more than enough room. «The house was great for our group of 16 guests! Endless towels and plenty of kitchen utensils. Located close to a Sam’s Club and Walmart, about 15-20 mins to the strip. Had a few minor issues but the host was in constant contact and able to quickly address. Definitely recommend staying here if you have a large group!»

«This is our second time staying at MGM Signature. Staff were fantastic and location is amazing. Easy to get to Strip and monorail. Suites are starting to show their age but honestly that didn't bother us that much. Had side by side suites which worked great as my mom and stepdad were in on and we were in the other with my brother.»

The check-in process was easy and the owner kept in contact with us throughout the trip. The MGM Monorail is nearby allowing you to access the northern end of the strip with ease. The view from the apartment is stunning, looking out over the strip.»
