«We were genuinely looking forward to our stay here and on our way from Arizona we get the notification that the Owner cancelled our reservation due to the conditions that previous guests left it. Although they were very apologetic it was a HUGE inconvenience as we had to use our spending money for the trip to get a last minute hotel and ended up paying 400 more then what we originally paid since we were 2 families (had to wait 3-5 days for a refund)»

«Great house with plenty of space, nice living room and kitchen, facilities, and very comfortable bedrooms. It was too cold for us to use the outside areas, but they seemed very nice. We stayed in the house while spending the whole weekend hiking, and it was a very comfortable spot to return to after being outdoors all day.»

«Very clean and host was very responsive with communication. Neighbors smoke a lot of marijuana which can’t be helped but something to consider with kids. Parking was a bit of a challenge but easily overcome. Location was not in the greatest of neighborhoods. Damage or repairs were noticed in the home. Overall we had a pleasant stay.»

"Great hotel. Modern, clean, high quality in all aspects. Fantastic view from room with windows floor to ceiling. AC system as usually in the US is on only periodically and cold and noisy. (But still better than most) Friendly staff. Minibar system with autodetect and charging 200 $ because some items was removed for over 60 seconds sucks. (Managed to reverse charges after discussion, but still …)"
