«Absolutely perfect stay! Couldn’t have asked for more. Big shoutout to Derek and Lauren! They were awesome hosts—super helpful, quick to reply, and made sure our stay was completely stress-free. The house was spotless, modern, and had tons of space. The private pool out back was easily our favourite spot to chill, and having a proper pool safety fence installed made it perfect with kids around. The resort itself is tucked away enough to be super peaceful and quiet, yet it still has tonnes of ...

«We stayed here for 2 weeks in March 2026 and absolutely loved it! The pictures do not do it justice. We have stayed on Storey Lake before and like the close proximity to the Disney Parks. The area in Kissimmee is great with lots of restaurants available, close to 192 and very close 3 big supermarkets, Target, Publix and Walmart. The villa offers plenty of parking and is very close to the exit gate. With no neighbours at the back of the property so you are not overlooked when by the pool and you ...

«Property was very clean, plenty of room, air works great. The only issue was 2 of the rooms bed linen had spots so we washed the linen which solved the problem. We had a guest come visit but they were not allowed through the gate. They had to park somewhere and we had to go and get them in our vehicle. When renting the property, remember, no visitors can come on the property unless you bring them. I would recommend the property and would rent again.»

«My stay at Terra Villa with Celisa Ramos was very disappointing, and I would not recommend it. The surrounding grounds appeared nice and the check in process was easy, but several issues during our stay made the overall experience frustrating. When we arrived at 4:30 p.m., the place had not yet finished being cleaned. While this was not a major issue for us, it was the first sign the property was not fully prepared. Once inside, we immediately noticed how extremely warm it was, warmer than ...

«We enjoyed our stay here. We were able to contact the host and do an early check in, which was great! The house was clean, a few dirty towels and things on the floor in bedrooms and bathrooms that looked like they didn’t get swept, but overall good. The couch in the living room could use an upgrade, not very comfortable. Had issues with tvs for a little while, but figured them out. We had thunderstorms that kept us inside more than we wanted. We had issues with the spa, but contacted the Host ...

«Overall the villa was lovely, beautifully clean inside with nice touches like mini toiletries, large tub of ground coffee, sugar, creamer, plenty of toilet rolls salt and pepper, olive oil, coffee filters oh and a kettle bonus for us Brits. The Lounge, dining and bedrooms were beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. «Overall, our family had a wonderful vacation, and the home itself was beautiful. However, non- working advertised amenities affected our experience.Biggest disappointment was not having access to amenities advertised and were directed to use the community facilities. We specifically chose and paid for this property because we expected those amenities to be available within the home for our convenience. The game room did not meet expectations. The pool table was the only functional game. The Ms. ...
