«Home was very nice. Location was good and close to a lot of attractions. Only downside was we paid for the pool to be heated and it was ice cold everyday. I asked the first day wewere there how long it would take to heat up. Adter 48 hours I emailed again about it heating up or someone to look at it. Was told that they can't guarantee a temperature or when it will.be warm. The heater said everyday the heat was at 76 but it was no where close to that. «This stay was extremely disappointing and not as advertised. The main reason we booked this property was for the pool, but it was dirty and unusable for most of our stay—we were only able to use it for half a day.Inside the home, the cleanliness was also a major issue. The floors were dirty upon arrival, and we even encountered roaches, which is completely unacceptable. «Pool was unheated for the whole stay. Contacted property manager everyday, only to be told the pool tech would be out and he never came. Paid 197 for pool heat and couldn’t even use the pool. I requested a refund and they have still not agreed to a refund. Also main resort that is advertised is a 7min drive from the home there is a smaller one about a 3 minute drive away. »
