«Nice and clean. The bathroom door was stuck when we arrived. Couldn't open it at all. Only 2 towels and washcloths for 4 days, 2 people. We went and bought some from Walmart. Souvenirs from Florida... lol Communication was awful. Had to text the host. Host sounded like AI. Always canned responses. "I'll contact the team and someone will stop and take a look." «Really fantastic communication and attentiveness but lots of things that need work for a great experience. Accuracy of listing, one of the basketball goals was completely broken. Plumbing, there was a leak in the master bathroom that looked to be there for a while along with the shower drain not working as it should. Accommodation, there was little soap/tp/supplies for guests staying longer than 1 nights. Had to make a toilet paper and body wash run, cutting at our vacation time. Comfort, the ...
