«The apartment was clean and comfortable, beds very comfy. This is not what I would consider a “condo”, definitely more of an apartment. There is very little insulation and you can hear every noise, the neighbor upstairs was up at 4am and you could hear every footstep. Also Friday night there was a group of kids outside late that were very loud. Also there is a pretty constant dripping in the bathroom area but not from the sink, toilet or tub. »

«The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked ...
