Great location

This place was perfect for us! It was as described and had everything we needed for our visit to Cincinnati. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Fun

Super comfortable beds lots of pillows cozy bedding, we were visiting family they were close by away so we loved location ,parking was very convenient we will I’m sure stay there again when we visit next time .Was not sure about doing vrbo very happy liked the door lock all my ?s were answered promptly

Parking was easy. The bathroom needed a little spiffing up but was handled. The bed was comfy. I would suggest replacing the frying pans.

GREAT AREA GREAT PLACE GREAT HOST

GREAT LOCATION, PRIVATE LOCATION, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, THE BEDS ARE SUPER COMFY!! THE HOST IS VERY GOOD WITH COMMUNICATING IF YOU NEED ANYTHING. JUST A GREAT LITTLE SPOT TO STAY WHILE IN THE AREA. WE STAYED HERE TO BE CLOSE TO THE STADIUM AND TO BE ABLE TO GET TO DOWNTOWN EASILY.

College graduation and wedding shower

I was looking for a place to stay that was close to my kids and the venue. This was a perfect location. Everytime we come home to Cincinnati it’s always a whirlwind and always a great time. This is a very convenient location for all we had going on. Thank you Seth for being such a great host!

Girls night out!

Seth made the entire process easy. We attended a concert at Bogarts and decided to make it a girls night out! The property was perfect. Beds are comfy and apartment is clean! Highly recommend.

It was what it was, until it wasn’t.

The WiFi was awful, and water pressure in the shower was nonexistent. Not much seating either. The beds were comfy though. Also a squirrel lives in the wall in the living room next to the a/c unit.

When we arrived I thought I had made a mistake and booked a place that allowed smoking. It is listed as non smoking but had a smoky smell. Some areas smelled like pee. They do allow pets but I would expect that mopping with a cleaner would remedy that. There were flies in the windows so we bought some fly strips. There is a table with drop leaves and when we folded the leaves does there was food and grime in the cracks which may have contributed to the fly issue. It is listed as accommodating 4adults but it had only two mugs, three forks and no glasses. We bought two glasses and left them for the unit. The downstairs toilet rocks when you sit on it. These are things that I did not think marked an acceptable stay. I noted some other things for the owner that were just inconvenient like a cord that ran across the floor to the AC window unit that could have run behind the dresser if longer and a lap by the bed not plugged in at all. It was convenient to the areas we were visiting. It was less expensive than some others at the time but this trip was not planned very far in advance. I usually give the owner feedback and some grace. He may not know what the properties issues are if he doesn’t clean them or visit them himself but when I messaged the contact, the messages I get back all were premade that he hoped we enjoyed our stay and please leave a 5 star review. It is obvious this guy does not care for feedback or read his messages. I would not stay in his properties again.

Had a good stay

We enjoyed our stay, check in was easy although there was some confusion with another couple who was apparently told that they were staying in our unit. Beds were comfy and we had what we needed, plenty of parking and no noise issues. A few mild inaccuracies from the photos, the bedrooms are not carpeted and the black chair in the living room was not present. There's not really enough comfortable seating downstairs for 4 people. We only had 3 so we were able to make it work. I would stay here again, but probably not with 4 people unless extra seating was added downstairs.

Overall great

Very great stay! Parking was very convenient and the neighborhood is very safe and close to many things to do. Neighbors were amazing and the check in and out process was quick and simple. No crazy rules like some hosts have. Very quiet at night. AC was nice and cool and everything was mostly clean except the floors and fridge were a little dirty. Our socks were black after walking through the house during the day. It was nothing that would severely impact a stay, but something we thought could be improved on. The wifi was rough and the poor connection made it a struggle to do anything online, especially downstairs. Seth answered my call very quickly when I was looking in the wrong spot for the door code, which was very appreciated! Overall this was a great stay, thank you!

Nice apartment but cleanliness was a big problem

Cleanliness was a huge problem. The apartment seems like it was flooded or had recent water damage because it smelled strongly of mildew, and the floor was bowed in some places. It also smelled like animal urine. There were several mouse droppings. The floor was dirty. The bathroom mirror shelves were covered in sticky residue. The shower was poorly cleaned, and didn't drain properly so there was always a cold puddle of water. The toilet was installed wrong and wiggled/was unstable when you used it. We contacted the host to address some of the issues during our stay, but the host entered the apartment without notifying us, while we were there, which made us very uncomfortable and therefore hesitant to reach out about the additional issues for fear he might continue entering. When the host entered, he denied smelling anything despite clear stinkiness. I would be very wary of this property and the host and do not recommend it. The one positive thing was that the beds and couch were very comfortable. After the stay, I contacted the host to try to find a resolution, and after a day or two, the host stopped responding altogether and ignored the conversation. Very poor experience.
