«The place is in serious need of regular maintenance. There were many issues that had to be addressed . Such as my 96 y/o mother got locked in the bathroom , when she was alone , because of a faulty doorknob. The electric front door lock stopped working because of dead batteries . One bedroom door doesn’t close due to the foundation failing . «The home was very clean and well decorated, and had many great entertainment perks like a hot tub, playground, and game room. The game table was a miniature, but my kids still had a lot of fun playing on it. The owners were great at communicating promptly. Good quality beds that were comfortable and all new appliances in the kitchen. There were no cleaning chores like many rentals leave you with, which made check out nice. We would definitely stay here again! »

"Based on earlier experience I was disappointed!!! - confusing information in reception at check in - VIP Hotel.com level not accepted or offered ? (Listed in my H.com setup) but some 10$ rebate at restaurants was mentioned one day but next «NO» by another person when asked - cleaning of my room not done, still if there was a misunderstanding or not it took 2 days when I complained before it was handled - Huge TV trash boxes in the hallway towards my room - it was there for 3 days, and then I complained due to What I see as fire risk plus negative environmental. Not what I expect for such a hotel star level and chain - So my conclusion, reception team not aligned or coordinated with the rest of the hotel - The positive part was Coffe shop and their employees "
