«This was my husband's and my second time staying at the Yelm. It is always clean inside and out. The breakfast is great. They actually have a hot breakfast. My only suggestion would be to add a waffle option. However, the biscuits are absolutely delicious. It is such a convenient location. We are foodies. So, having several food options around was a huge bonus.»

«The place was terrible. Only the night guy was great. The morning and afternoon crew were horrible. Room had cockroaches and I told him to clean the room every single day but they did not. It smell like maneuver.»

«This hotel was horrible, the sheets was dirty at arrival, there was cockroaches in the room, remote did not work and forst 2 days my keycard was not working so I had to inform the frontdesk on arrival so he could follow me up and unlock the door.
The elevator was not working and AC managed to cool the room nighttime, but not daytime, yes and the fridge was not working.
There is no housekeeping so when you’re out of toiletpaper you need to ask if you can get some more.

«The place was clean and modern and the breakfast was very good. However, they run the place really cheaply so I would not go back. They only clean the rooms every other day but give you towels for 1 day. The room had no conditioner and the body lotion didn’t work. There was no bar soap. They use the cheapest, thinnest toilet paper I’ve encountered in a hotel. They give you 1 coffee capsule for your stay, no matter how many nights. And they charge $20 per day for parking.»

«Had a great stay, but must admit the breakfast was a dissapointment. Scrabled eggs from poder i guess, fruit from cans, dry bread and muffins etc. - so this is the reason for you not seeing me coming back. Solution - charge 5$ more and deliver the little extra. »
