«Check in is scheduled for 4PM, which from my experience is late. On top of that, they charged an additional $25 for a 3PM check in and an extra $50 for a 2PM check in. That feels excessive. «This is our second time staying here. The first was 2 years ago when it seems all the listing photos were taken. While things are still overall in good condition, I did notice a lot of wear and tear on the unit that has not been addressed. One of the dining chairs was broken in the laundry room. The washing machine made some struggling noises when used and when I cleaned the dryer lint trap it was WAY overfull. The bathroom had pink mold on the tile. «We had no heat all day Sunday when it was single digits outside. I asked where the thermostat was at noon and got excuses all day. At 4:00 I sent a message saying that we'd give them one hour and then we'd have to leave as it was freezing cold.
