Hotel Houze Detroit Downtown
"I could not end up staying because the door would not lock. The woman working at the front desk (Delilah) texted me that I could not stay at the property because they couldn't fix the lock and there were no additional rooms. She said they would give me a full refund. They are now refusing to do so ..."

"It was so easy to access my room. Easy instructions for entering the property. There was a security man in the lobby. He helped me fi d the parking garage, right across the street. Rooms are not only clean but spacious. My event was just a few blocks away. I look forward to my next visit."
