Yes I was able to call her which means a lot because before finding this location I had a bad experience with no communication from the host which made me feel uncomfortable with my reservations. «The house was clean and we had enough toiletries for our stay. While the kitchen had a lot of supplies, they were only 3 forks and 3 spoons in the drawer, which made it hard to feed a family of 4. The pool was an added touch but unfortunately there wasn't enough water in it to make the pump function properly so we had to ask for help.
