«Clean and comfortable, we didn't have hot water the night we got there and contacted the property manager and was told how to keep up the water pressure etc, but nothing worked and so the water is ice cold, the next morning my spouse looked outside and saw that there was no propane. We contacted them again and they sent someone out to exchange tanks. We were finally able to shower. They're very small so no more than 2 people per unit I'd say. But cutely decorated with nice amenities.»

«Worse house we have ever rented. This home needs to be taken off market. DO NOT RENT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. We had to remove all of the comforters off of the beds and place them over there furniture because the furniture was so dirty and gross. There’s something broken in every single room, extremely dirty, dishwasher didn’t work which is a concern on how the the dishes are bein washed. "Based on earlier experience I was disappointed!!! - confusing information in reception at check in - VIP Hotel.com level not accepted or offered ? (Listed in my H.com setup) but some 10$ rebate at restaurants was mentioned one day but next «NO» by another person when asked - cleaning of my room not done, still if there was a misunderstanding or not it took 2 days when I complained before it was handled - Huge TV trash boxes in the hallway towards my room - it was there for 3 days, and then I complained due to What I see as fire risk plus negative environmental. Not what I expect for such a hotel star level and chain - So my conclusion, reception team not aligned or coordinated with the rest of the hotel - The positive part was Coffe shop and their employees "
