Built in 2011, completely refurnished and refreshed in 2022. This house is great for a large family or for two small families

Sleeps up to 10 in 2 queen beds, 2 twin bunk beds (4 twin beds total) and 1 queen air mattress. The air mattress is best for kids

OUTDOOR LIVING: Large furnished covered deck with deck chairs and beach views. Downstairs has a large Tiki Bar with outdoor seating and a deck swing. The backyard has a fire pit with seating and gorgeous decorative lighting

INDOOR LIVING: 4 flat-screen Smart TVs, open layout, beautiful furnishings

KITCHEN: Large kitchen with a twelve-place bar and table seating, plastic cups and bowls for the kids, crock pot, blender, toaster, basic spices, cooking basics, ice maker, dishware, flatware, margarita glasses and wine glasses.

Includes a fully stocked coffee bar with a combo K-cup & drip coffee maker, a french press and pour-over coffee along with an assortment of fresh coffee beans, k-cups and tea

LINENS AND LAUNDRY: 1 bath towel per guest; all linens for all beds: sheets, pillows, comforters etc; kitchen towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup cloths, 8 beach towels

Extras Provided: Starter supplies of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, laundry detergent. If you are staying more than three days you may need to purchase more of these extras!
