The apartment is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood of Oak Hill, a perfect home base to visit New River Gorge and other state parks in the area. «Location was great and close to nearby State Parks and attractions. Very clean and nice amenities. Even for short stay host provided bottle of wine and small gifts for our stay. We had a comfortable quiet stay away from the kids. Would rent here again if we return to the area. Priced well compared to hotel and much more space. Host was helpful on the holiday to clarify location and parking instructions. We had a lovely holiday getaway. »

We felt a little confused getting to the property because GPS was not accurate and we had to drive through the parking lot of a dog boarding business but there were signs that were helpful. The home was beautiful and thoughtful. The hot tub was clean and a nice amenity. The pond was beautiful. We woke up to snow on the last day and it was beautiful. Very cozy getaway. «Had everything u need in kitchen, bathroom n bedrooms . Everything was so clean, washer n dryer if u needed it. Close to shopping n groceries , quiet, easy to find I would recommend to anyone to stay there.We visited so friends in West Va n showed it to several friends and they thought it was adorable. «The photos, description, and reviews were misleading. This place was not pet friendly! Not a pleasant drive into the neighborhood and it was hard to access. If you have anything larger than a small sedan and are arriving at night, not a good choice. You must cross an unmarked, unlit, and hazardous narrow bridge in order to enter the property.We are 3 disabled veterans traveling with our support animals. «There was adequate space for the 4 of us. The TV was massive, and the hot tub was a cool amenity. The kitchen was large and had anything you would need to accommodate. For the most part, this vrbo served our purposes of needing a place to stay near our true destination and offered enough amenities.
