Our room was not cleaned properly. There was black hair all over the sheets and bedding. Upon noticing about 15 pieces of black hair on bed, we requested new sheets and bedding which we had to put on ourself. The atrium is beautiful, but it is very cold and not heated. The pool was stated to be a heated and was absolutely not. Lastly, we were the first to arrive to the free breakfast and the food was not warm at all. Eating cold eggs and gravy was not the way we wanted to start our day. The only redeeming factor is the staff. They were impeccable. I wish we would’ve caught the name of the young gentleman who brought us our sheets. He looks like he belongs on the Ohio State football team with his large stature but was the kindest staff member and we enjoyed talking about Pies and Pints pizza with him. His kindness was the highlight to our trip.
