«We arrived at the property and there was no heat or warm water (in freezing temps) the host was bad a communication and didn't provide any timeframe if we would have the issue resolved. After 2 hours we were forced to book another location because of the poor host communication. »

«Perfect location in South Lake Tahoe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Tons of restaurants in the area as well as markets. The kitchen was spotless and well equipped. The only criticism is that for us, the bed was a little soft. Very impressed with Marriott Grand Residence!»

«The place was super clean and set up very nicely. The kitchen area was modern and well-equipped. The unit was ready for us upon arrival. Through no fault of the property owner and manager, the street noise was incredible. The windows are thick and helped quite a bit. The fact that it was the 4th of July weekend did not help. Driving the car in and out of the parking area along the busy road can be a challenge, but like the property manager will tell you, turn right only out of the lot and ...
