«The bedsheets were stained really badly when we got there. They charged us a $100 deposit, and never refunded it to us, because they claimed we made the bedsheets like that (we did not). Bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all, same with flooring. My feet were getting so dirty just walking around the room. Disgusting.»

«The house needs a thorough deep cleaning. And de-cluttering. The vast supply of groceries in the fridge- it limited what we could use for our own items. If you don’t want to buy your own food, there is plenty on stock here. The walls and all the switches all need a good scrub. There were several dried buggers on multiple walls.
