«Great restaurant and pool! On the river but there is no river beach access so don't plan on going kayaking or paddle boarding from the Westin. Clean rooms, great service ! Don't forget to ask for a water view with balcony !»

«Excellent customer service: The staff is so friendly & welcoming, not only front desk personnel, but housekeeping too. Loved the coffee/tea bar set up in lobby area for that extra cup to go. Room was very spacious & clean complete with mini refrigerator, microwave, safe, coffee maker, etc. AC unit was a bit loud, but I usually pack ear plugs to muffle out such noise. «This property appeared very nice and and is kept very clean. The staff was not the most pleasant with the exception of the First Lady that checked me in. She was very kind and welcoming. The morning staff was not the same. Room was very clean. The bed was very stiff and had the cheapest sleep I’ve had in a very long time. «The hotel was nice and the staff was awesome!! The only suggestion I’d make is to add a few more luggage carts. Both at check in which was late afternoon and check out which was around 5 am there wasn’t any to be found and there didn’t seem to be anyone else checking out leaving the hotel at that time. My son in law drove us on to the airport and then went back to the hotel and someone brought a cart and left outside our room but by then it was too late. Other than that it’s a great place and ...
