«The property was above and beyond what we expected. Exceptionally clean, I want to hire their cleaning service but Missouri might be too far a commute. Plenty of space inside and out 4 bd. 3.5 baths and another .5 bath in the outside area next to the spa. We truly enjoyed our stay!»

«We rented a house this year for our annual CES work trip and couldn't have been happier with the house and the host! The house was fantastic and about 15 minutes from wherever we needed to get on the strip. Overall, the house was fantastic. Great kitchen, and living area, and the bedrooms were perfect with very comfortable beds!! It was too cold for us to really enjoy the outdoor area, but the outside area looked awesome. «This villa is great for a large group, but not as larger as listed. It is listed as sleeping over 40, however it seemed like we could only get 30 people to comfortably sleep, MAX. The space could also use shower mats, and more towels for guests. In addition, while sleeping, one of my guest’s bed’s fell to the floor. The next morning we discovered it was on cinder blocks. For the price we paid, we were disappointed to find broken equipment. It is in a safe location and has plenty of amenities ...

The house we stayed in was very clean and worked very well for us. Great communication with the owner/manager and took care of a potential problem right away. Will stay here again.»
