«The pictures on the listing were different than what we reserved. It was actually a different house. We booked a listing that has 9 bedrooms because we were 15 people, but the actual house was 4 bedrooms. The host also just informed me on the day of the booking that there will be people living in the basement, which was also not on the listing. The host said he cleaned the house, but the house was in a bad condition. We asked the host to resolve this problem, but the host just told me that it ...

Resort style entire guesthouse with kitchen (2 rooms)
Loretto
5.4 av 10, (3 anmeldelser)
«The space was dirty and not well appointed. Worst part was there was no air conditioning working in the house and when we asked the host who was on the property, he said "sorry, it broke yesterday". It was over 30 degrees outside and hotter inside. Absolutely a horrible experience. We left and I asked for a full refund - called the owner and he yelled at me multiple times "no way!" over and over. »
