«We had a great first stay at the new hotel! Place was stunning and clean. All employees were lovely and polite.
The restaurant sessions was delicious but a bit slow.. maybe understaffed? Very slow bringing cutlery, missed somethings even though there was only 3-4 tables full at a time?
Unfortunately the tv wasn’t working properly in the room for a stay in girls movie night and wasn’t able to be fixed.

«The place is beautiful and the staff are very helpful and friendly. But there were two issues: I awoke in the middle of the night to find that the blackout curtains didn’t work, which was an issue considering our room faced a well-lit parking lot. Also, we wanted to take the 7 am airport shuttle, but it was filled with a tour group so we would have had to wait half an hour, which was not feasible. So we had to pay an outrageous amount for a taxi.»

«Tilbud om shuttle bus gjaldt kun fra/til flyplassen ved ankomst/avgang. Derfor er det et bra hotell dersom du har leiebil. Da kan du f.eks. kjøre selv til Niagara Falls (beregn 2t) og du kan ta lokaltog inn til Union Station hvor du kan parkere gratis ved Bramali Go Station. Frokosten kan de med fordel satse mer på. Svært marginal frokost; nesten ikke noe pålegg, og hvor ALT var engangs papp og plast evt bestikk av tre. Likevel et ilandsproblem med tanke på at de i det hele tatt hadde ...
