The coffee make was dirty and also had water in it with stuff floating around.
The hair dryer had dirty lint in it impossible to remove with towel.
The bed and pillows were wonderful. The height and medium firmness of the pillows were very good for my neck. The mattress had the Goldilocks "just right" firmness with flexibility enough to be comfy too.
The sheets, towels and towel robes were pristine and very good.
The coffee tea choices were very low quality.
The staff person are warm, engaging and professional, top notch. One lady, name starting with a J was proactive trying to find me either a kettle or thermos style jug to put boiling water into since my coffee machine was wretched, but there wasn't any. However, she tried.
The so-called "free breakfast" was not fit to break the fast except perhaps, though not recommended even for a starving person. There was extremely dry, flavourless bread, horribly unhealthy and from other's remarks poor tasting dry cereal. No alternative to cow milk. Very bad tasting coffee, very dry, rather unpleasant tasting, mini pastries. That was about it. Basically nothing okay to eat. From other people's openly expressed dissatisfaction about the breakfast, I think my opinion is fair. Some people went in, saw it and left before taking anything.
