«Our host (Luke) was VERY responsive when we had questions prior to & during our stay. The rooms were a good size and each had their own bathroom, which was nice. The location was good for us in relation to where our daughter moved, but also to the beach, shopping, restaurants and just a short drive to St. Augustine. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.»

«My friends and I had a lovely stay at this property! We are UNF alumni and were in town to visit old friends and family. The location was perfect to us. Jacksonville can be a tricky place to navigate staying in a nice part of town, and this area is not only super new and upscale, but also pretty centrally located in such a big city. «Lola was great, super responsive. Place was clean and convenient. We stayed for a longer visit, so I'd liked to have had more conveniences of home such as better assortment of cookware (no non stick cookware) a blender, some misc storage containers etc. Not expected, so more of a suggestion than anything. The grill and pool patio we had to ourselves every weekend. Great place to chill and watch footbal.»

«Place was clean and as advertised. One or two people fits comfortably. I really only slept there after spending the days traveling or with my father at River Gardens which was easy walking distance. Great sports/hookah bar, Pizza Joint, sushi spot and taco shoppe nearby. »
