«It was a tight squeeze to get in/out but the bathroom was big enough and the small kitchen was nice. The closet too was good. There was a stone path to the back and lots of outdoor lights. I liked the picnic table. The host has multiple private rooms they book out so you may run into other VRBO customers. The bathroom air freshener was a bit too strong I wish I could turn that off»

Was a little afraid based on the first review, but reached out tot he host and he explained that they had a power outage and had to cancel that first booking. This is definitely a 5 star place.»

«This unit was great. It’s a full house converted into two separate units. It’s small and functional. The neighborhood is a little run-down, and cars would hang out in front of the neighbor’s house late at night, but I didn’t have any issues. The owners responded quickly to my questions and were nice to work with. Most importantly the AC units worked well keeping up with the Florida humidity!»

Bedrooms full size & will sleep 5 (3 in one room). Full size kitchen with all amenities. The biggest disappointment is the seating. Couch is about 8” off the floor & the only seating available except for a bean bag & 2 small stools at the kitchen table. It is on 2nd floor so there are stairs to climb. «The tenants above us has dogs and kids running and playing all time of the morning and night. I informed the owner of the loud noise and nothing was done. I asked the owner about a mattress cover no response. No vacuum cleaner for the carpet or rug. We stayed about 70 days without cleaning the rugs. The listing shouldn't invite nurses to stay because they wouldn't be able to get any rest. I asked for a itemized receipt for proof of payment for my health insurance company and 70 days later ...
