«We loved our stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, the linens were fresh and clean, and we slept great. All amenities worked perfectly, including the washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, and smart TVs. The kitchen was well-stocked with quality dishes and utensils, which made cooking easy and comfortable during our stay. «It was a little far from the highway and it was a busy traffic weekend with UT graduation but the unit was a perfect retreat for our family of 5. Sleeping accommodations were great and the totally remodeled place was clean & comfy. We loved it!!!»

«Great place to stay! My family enjoyed the game table and games that were available. The outdoor patio was great too!! We were able to grill, have adult drinks and play cornhole. We missed the Emma long park as they were sold out so just make sure if you are headed there tickets must be purchased online for weekends now.»

«Great property close to downtown and South Congress. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Driveway and front steps are very steep, but other than that it is perfect if you want to be in the middle of the Austin action.»

«Really satisfied with this place and stay overall. The property manager was great with everything, really pleased with all our interactions and what was made available at the place. The only issue at all had to do with the neighbor. Saturday night the neighbor through a child's birthday party complete with bouncy house and invited the *whole* la familia over to celebrate into the wee hours of the night AND did not invite us over!
