«The staff was very helpful as I had never used their airport shuttle and they explained precisely what I needed to do. My stay was brief since I was there to catch an early morning flight, but I regretted not getting to enjoy the hotel for a longer time.»

«I enjoyed my stay at the property. The host reached out multiple times to make sure everything was okay. The proximity to downtown was very nice. The only issues I had was cookware needed replacing and we were unable to get the fire pit working. We loved the yard space and the game room. I would stay there again.»

«Great stay. Would book again. Clean and comfortable. Nice amenities. Low on bath tissue and towels. We had to purchase extra bath tissue and towels for the week. Suggest to remind cleaning person to stay and wait for the towels to dry before hanging them up. The unit has washer/dryer and a wonderful kitchen with most of the utensils you would want. Recommend. »

«We arrived and were given a room that was already occupied. The staff didn't know who occupied it but was able to give us another room. Fine, no big deal. However, the room we were given had other occupants, spiders. I understand you can't control what crawls into a room. One spider in the bathroom, that is fine. Three more spiders in the bedding and under pillows is unacceptable. Only to be told by the person on staff that they are sorry and there is nothing they can do, there are no more rooms ...

«They didn’t have Kleenex in room . Also didn’t have enough fruits for breakfast. Very bad smell in lobby on 3 rd floor. Never had this bad experience before. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.»
