«Calling to see if I could get checked in sooner was annoying because couldnt talk to live person and AI attendant said no. Fortunately, walking in and talking to real human had better results. They were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything worked fine. The only thing is nobody every clean the room while I was staying. «Stayed here for a business trip and had a wonderful time. Room was clean and muffles sounds from hallway quite well. I would only hear people opening their doors directly beside me but nothing else. Parking is convenient but do note the gate is for cars only as pedestrians can walk through without issue. Had a random person come up to me and yell at me while I was waiting for a colleague by the car. Was quite taken back by the experience as there was no people loitering by the entry and exits. I ...

«The main parts of the hotel are clean. The restaurant serves good food. My room was really nice. As far as the room goes, I rate it with some 4 and 5* hotels I've stayed in. Pleasantly surprised. »

«It’s very easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms or the hall. Also, when I checked in I asked about the airport shuttle and was advised it left every half hour, however when I arrived in the lobby at 4:53 am, the driver had already left and the front desk advised me “I needed to reserve a time”. It would have been nice to know that when I checked in.»
