«Calling to see if I could get checked in sooner was annoying because couldnt talk to live person and AI attendant said no. Fortunately, walking in and talking to real human had better results. «Stayed here for a business trip and had a wonderful time. Room was clean and muffles sounds from hallway quite well. I would only hear people opening their doors directly beside me but nothing else. Parking is convenient but do note the gate is for cars only as pedestrians can walk through without issue. «The hotel is very close to the airport, the shuttle service is great. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, the hotel provides shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The beds are comfortable. Linens are very good and new. The room are very basic and small, but it works for one night. No closet, just a place to hang a few pieces of clothing. «Room was good relative to the price paid. Location was good. Some sketchy characters outside of the hotel, but that is not the fault of the hotel. Likely has to do with its proximity to the airport. I would stay again.»

«I had cockroaches in my room and my co-worker had ants and other bugs. Rooms walls were not cleaned. It was a bad experience had to be moved as the bugs were so bad.»
