«Kitchen was equipped for cooking, could use maybe one more pan. Other than that this is the perfect stay for downtown Tampa; was able to get to all locations within 10 minutes and it was quiet and nice neighborhood. »

«Place was excellent, great location, very modern and updated. Just a few moments walk to Pass-a-Grille Beach on the gulf side, a bit of a walk to the dog beach. We never needed the car for the 3 days we were there. Modern appliances, and everything needed for our stay, including a nice laundry. Great beach stuff, including a beach buggy for hauling chairs, umbrellas, cooler and etc. We and the dog loved the outside fenced area! Communicative host even over the Christmas Holidays.»

«-Easy access to/from highway -Initial thought from outside: house was rundown and needed upkeep. -Neighborhood not as bad as other reviews made it seem. -Wasp situation needs to be taken care of -Inside was also rundown but main areas were relatively clean such as beds but overall aspect of house created doubts on how clean things actually were. -Wasn’t the most comfortable but dealt with it for a night. Beds for example, not being able to sit on a couch.»
