«The room was great and the location was fantastic. It was very easy to walk to most of the important sights. We arrived during a storm and were woken by a state emergency phone alert in the middle of the night, the hotel made a creaking noise all night for just this night, we think it was the anti-earth quake feature so its a very safe hotel.»

«Itai and Simon were very helpful throughout our stay. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was very close to food and entertainment. We particularly enjoyed walking to Underdogs Cantina for dinner. Excellent stay!»

«It is a historic hotel, good ventilation and large rooms with daily room cleaning. To enter the hotel you had to have a key card to prevent unauthorized persons from entering the hotel. It was easy to get to the hotel from the airport using the BART train. In addition, the hotel was close to one of the terminus of the historic trams.»
