«For a last minute trip, we couldn't beat the location. Less than 10 minutes from Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton main streets as well as from Sagaponack beaches. The space is quaint and offers everything you need, a small kitchenette, a work desk, outdoor space. There was several communications sent regarding privacy and not interacting with other guests on property which I can appreciate but felt excessive. My two biggest complaints and likely why I would not rebook was first the cleanliness of the ...

«I knew Hamptons housing would be pricey, and the location, about 20 minutes from the venue I was visiting for a music show, was the main draw. I requested an early check in due to a meeting and was told the host would follow up. They never did, even after I sent a follow-up message. I understand early check in isn’t guaranteed, but I would have appreciated some communication either way.I returned in the evening to find some things out of place, a TV with no signal, and blinds that wouldn’t close ...

«The accommodation was extremely old like 1970 and hadn’t been renovated since then. Old discusting furniture. They said queen bed only full. The steps and hallway outside was littered with crumbs and crackers. Bags of garbage were outside. The beach was best part from what I could.l see The pool was small and very old. The steps down to the beachwere creepy and many. There are much better motels for less money in the area. Not a place for seniors or anyone with handicaps. »

The Roundtree, Amagansett

The Roundtree, Amagansett

8/10 Bra
"The estate was nice and comfortable, with decent beds and nice linen. Unfortunately, we were unlucky with the weather and were hit by a storm with pouring rain. Neither the TV nor the internet worked during our stay. There were also no common areas or facilities apart from the apartment itself."
