«The property needs a major cleaning and repairs. The floors were sticky, and the carpet was dirty. Furniture was dirty and soiled. There was dried food on the utensils. The pipes groaned at all hours, several times an hour. The bed creaked with every movement. Bedroom blinds were broken and wouldn’t close all the way. The bedside lamp on the wall was falling off. The last straw was the huge spider that jumped down from the closet onto me. We ended up leaving after less than 24 hours and ...

«What an amazing view!!!!! Great place to stay!!! Highly recommend the Black Swan home.»

«We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent—close to everything we wanted to do while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. Communication with the host was fantastic from start to finish, with quick responses and clear instructions that made everything easy. We really enjoyed our time and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!»

«The first timevI stayed there was this past September and the room was nice, clean and everything was in tack, HOWEVER my stay in October was terrible. Different room no kitchen sink or counter to wash dishes the room provided. The bathroom sink was cracked and an outlet in the bedroom was broken. Very disappointed.»

«House was very clean and had every amenity that we needed. Neat decor! Worked out really well for our trip to the US Open.»

«House was extremely clean, well taken care of and was absolutely ready to go when we got there. Nice quiet neighborhood so don't plan on throwing any ragers here. Maybe only thing to be aware of is plan on getting ice in advance as no ice maker which isn't a surprise as they break constantly under use. A little on the pricy side but you get what you pay for and it's the Hamptons. Thanks for a pretty flawless stay.»

«Great property, worked perfectly for my crew that was in town for an event. Great communication with Brian the owner and very easy stay. Would stay again!»

«Great stay want to come back again!»

«excellent and convenient stay!! located close into town, perfect for the small family group I was traveling with. home was very clean, cozy, had everything we needed! backyard with pool was a dream, beautifully landscaped, plenty of seating, very clean pool, would stay again! thanks for a delightful escape!»

«The property was great for our Hamptons trip! Very clean and comfortable and communication was great»

«The room we had was not that clean but even worse was the roach crawling on the ceiling. We immediately vacated the property and didn’t stay in our room. We abandoned the room and stayed at a different property. Hoping to settle this soon.»
