«This is an amazing property close to several things within the Custer area while still feeling out of town. It was nice to turn into the secluded area after a busy day. Seeing deer early in the morning from the kitchen and porch was also very exciting. The host was helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with. «I absolutely loved this place! The beds were perfect, lots of supplies to use from a can opener to extra towels to detergent (although I had my own) to coolers, ice packs, games. The location was in the middle of all the sights to see and at night, just lay on the couch in the living room and watch the gorgeous sky. The hosts book was clear and full of information and all prior communication was also clear. It was the first place I slept peacefully in 7 days so I loved it!!»

«This is a basement of a house. You share a joined entrance. Host was there when we arrived and showed us our space. Then we didn't see host again (no need to). Space was cool (which was nice on a super hot day!). In a quiet neighborhood setting. All was as described. A good space & nice for a night's rest.»

«OMGosh...this place. The day of our arrival, we left Blackhawk Colorado and decided to take a detour along the Peak to Peak Hwy, ultimately winding up in Estes Park before heading north to Hill City. Needless to say, we turned a 5.5 hour trip into just over 12 hours and was wore out by the time we arrived. We came in through Custer and arrived just as the sun was setting in Hill City.
