-Entertainment: Roku TVs with YouTube TV and Netflix are available, plus fast Wi-Fi throughout the home.
-Gym Access: Each stay includes two free day passes to Spearfish’s newest gym, Level Up, located just 5 minutes away. Enjoy strength and cardio equipment.
-Baby-Friendly Supplies: Pack ‘n Play, baby bath, monitor, baby gates, and high chair available for your convenience. We also have kids dinnerware, toys, books, and games.

The Layout and Sleeping Arrangements:
-You’ll enter the home on the main level. There is the kitchen, living, dining, garage, and backyard access from the main level. You also have the master bedroom and two guest rooms with a guest bathroom. Downstairs is the basement living and game room, two additional bedrooms and guest bathroom. You can also access the yard and side driveway from here.
-The master bedroom features a king size bed. There are two upstairs bedrooms with queen beds. The basement bedrooms feature a bunk rooms (6 twins) and another room with a queen bed and twin day bed.
-You can park in our garage, driveway, or side driveway. Please note, the main driveway has a steep incline but the side driveway has a more gentle slope and then is flat.

Neighborhood and Location:
-Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood with a serene backyard where deer often visit—perfect for morning coffee. We are just up the street from the bike path leading to downtown Spearfish and a nearby playground. Conveniently located just a mile from grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and the highway. Spearfish Canyon, offering breathtaking views and outdoor activities, is only 2 miles away.

Important Details:
Thank you for considering our home for your stay. We’ve put thought into every detail to ensure your visit is comfortable, fun, and memorable. While we don`t like starting off with rules, this helps make sure you have all the information up front prior to booking so no issues arise.

-No parties or events without prior approval. Please respect our neighbors regarding parking (no parking in front of their houses), noise, and street traffic.
-No smoking inside the home or garage.
-We allow up to 2 dogs per stay, with a $75 pet fee per pet. Please register pets at time of registration.
-Extra Guest Fee: An additional $20 per night per guest applies after 6 guests. This fee covers the extra amenities and cleaning required for larger groups, ensuring you still receive excellent value compared to booking multiple hotel rooms. Please book for the accurate number of guests and this will be reflected in the price you pay. If this number changes prior to your arrival, please just communicate that with us.
-Weather Cancellation Policy: Refunds are only offered if the DOT closes highways or roads to Spearfish due to weather. While we experience winter for much of the year, our area is well-equipped to handle snow.
