«Overall, the building was well maintained and the property was clean. We did experience an issue with the first room we were assigned, but we were moved promptly. However, the access codes were not properly updated, which caused a problem on the second day when we were unable to reenter the property. We had to call the 24 hour customer service line and, after about 40 minutes, were finally able to regain access. That was very frustrating.That said, I believe this was an isolated incident. The ...

«Photo does not show accuracy of Rooms hotel in poor quality looks more like a shelter in the Bronx was not clean sheets or had something on it. Different change of rooms had to occur because of non-cleanliness there was also no housekeeping.»
