My husband and I booked a room at the hotel and experienced multiple issues. There was no hot water, only cold. We contacted the front desk by cellphone because the room phone was not working. We were told to let the water run for five minutes, but there was no change. After calling again, we were told a manager was working on it and that the issue affected the entire hotel.
Over an hour passed with no updates. My husband went downstairs in person to follow up, yet communication remained unclear. We were told we could check out at 12:00 pm instead of 11:00 am due to the issue, but later another staff member stated checkout was still 11:00 am. The hot water was never restored, and we were unable to shower before checkout.
The lack of communication, follow-up, and coordination between staff was very disappointing. Paying for a stay without receiving full service or basic updates left us frustrated. This was our second visit, but unfortunately we will not return. We did express our concerns to the manager at checkout.
