«Overall, the building was well maintained and the property was clean. We did experience an issue with the first room we were assigned, but we were moved promptly. However, the access codes were not properly updated, which caused a problem on the second day when we were unable to reenter the property. We had to call the 24 hour customer service line and, after about 40 minutes, were finally able to regain access. That was very frustrating.That said, I believe this was an isolated incident. «There was a dime bag of drugs found in the bed of the room I was staying in. Clearly the room had not been cleaned since the previous occupant had stayed. There were burn marks in the duvet and no lock on the door. I did not stay the night as I did not feel safe within the hotel.»

«Pros: Modern, bright and clean room. Very comfy bed. Friendly staff. Very close to subway station. I liked it. Cons: On-site restaurant music is very loud, even in the room, but it does stop just after 10 pm. A few tv channels didn't work (ESPN for example). Some might find the rooms small, I had no issues with that though.»

«Decent hotel»

«Pretty nice building. Not around many shops, but right next to the highway so it was easy get to places if needed. Only downside is it was not clear on how to get into the amenities area. I did not know the code to the room was used to get in. Other than that, this place was very nice and spacious.»

«Overall it was a decent stay. The code to get into the main bustling did not work for us so we had to call. On the 2nd and 3rd night of our stay, the fire alarms kept going off because people were smoking weed in the stairwells. The hallways overwhelmingly smelt of weed, however when the maids came to clean certain rooms, it took the smell out. We also had, I think a homeless person, get into the husking and was screaming in the stairwell one of the nights.»
