« The room was tiny and there was a leak and it was raining outside. The staff seemed super overwhelmed but they we’re still super nice and has the patience of a saint, I actually feel bad for the staff, because the type of people that go to this hotel are uneducated, loud, ghetto, and basically, all degenerates just looking for a place to get a couple of hours to party and maybe indulge in fornication with the ladies of the night for lack of better words lol »

«Rooms are actually pretty big. If something is wrong with your room, they do not have a problem changing you ti another one. »

«Pros: Modern, bright and clean room. Very comfy bed. Friendly staff. Very close to subway station. I liked it. Cons: On-site restaurant music is very loud, even in the room, but it does stop just after 10 pm. A few tv channels didn't work (ESPN for example). Some might find the rooms small, I had no issues with that though.»

«Pretty nice building. Not around many shops, but right next to the highway so it was easy get to places if needed. Only downside is it was not clear on how to get into the amenities area. I did not know the code to the room was used to get in. Other than that, this place was very nice and spacious.»

«The hotel is kept in good conditions and it is clean. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The Room was clean, Neat and had the necessary equipment needed to have a pleasant stay. I did find that there was not enough water pressure in the bathroom toilet and shower but that may not be the hotels fault. There’s a Dunkin Donut in the same street, a few good restaurants and a nice supermarket in the corner; however, the area isn’t the safest. Overall, my stay was pleasant and fit my purpose. »

«Overall it was a decent stay. The code to get into the main bustling did not work for us so we had to call. On the 2nd and 3rd night of our stay, the fire alarms kept going off because people were smoking weed in the stairwells. The hallways overwhelmingly smelt of weed, however when the maids came to clean certain rooms, it took the smell out. We also had, I think a homeless person, get into the husking and was screaming in the stairwell one of the nights.»

«Eche was a wonderful host. We couldn't figure out how to get into the second door of the apartment and the first call he answered and stayed on the phone to make sure we got in. The place was very clean and had a homie feel. Only a 10 minute ride from LaGuardia and a few blocks away from the subway ( 8-10 minute walk) which made it easy to get to Manhattan. Four adults stayed here comfortably. I would definitely recommend staying here.»
