«Walkable to the beach was nice; had AC&Fans to cool off; English translation bit of a challenge. Kitchen counters bedding needs upgrading & some toilet plumbing issues. Needs handyman touch visit. Communication when worked to english through translator was awesome. Didnt have dryer for rainy days.Police station nearby was nice as other units could have very loud music....& As well close to strip of bars thus some overflow music»

«We had 5 adults staying here and we were all very comfortable and did not feel on top of each other as we all had our own space. A couple of small issues with a bathroom seat and a television that didn't work but nothing that actually affected the enjoyability of the trip. Location is perfect, close to everything in Sosua. House is really nice, the entire neighborhood is great. Would stay here again.»

«Overall a good stay with a few small issues and one BIG issue: -Those exterior furniture cushions were discolored and had mold on some spots (definately NOT same color as in the photo) -pool needs resurfaced/painted -Daily interruptions when i was ASLEEP checking on my stay (not exactly a bad thing but when you're in the middle of sleeping YES) -Biggest thing VERY LATE CHECK-IN!!! «The staff was amazing. They definitely made the trip unforgettable! Christina kept the party going every night. Her shots were amazing!! She was so fun. Jackie was the best. He makes the best Bloody Marys ever. He was so kind with all the kids, played with them, chatted with them and made them feel at home. They truly made the vacation one of the best ever. The staff was wonderful from the cooks, to the cleaners, to the bartenders! I would highly recommend to anyone!!»

«Staff was great and very nice. A very good budget option for someone with a rental car. I rented the studio and it was comfortable and clean. The hot wat sometime does not come one but it only happened like 3 times. This is my second time staying here and it has improved a lot since the first time.»

«A few days before arrival, Mario the property manager sent me directions and was available to pick us up from the airport. A short 20 minute ride and you arrive at the Villa. With so many things to do in the area, it’s hard to leave. But when you come back, it’s your own slice of paradise. Anytime there was something that needed attention, Mario was on top of it. «My group of 28 had a fantastic time! The owner takes cleanliness and service very seriously and I would consider booking again without a doubt. While there were some minor mishaps due to flooding in general, they were super responsive. We hired a chef and it was the best part of our trip. Chef Mario was amazing and so respectful. «Clean quiet and location is perfect. Pool was nice.No issues with hot water and WiFi.Manager is Orima who will give you tour of place and his number for any issues that may arise. Only negative is furniture and tv’s need updating.Will be reserving once again when I return in June.»
