«I used to live on 28th street for 10 years so I know the area well and wanted to be close to the River mouth. It's a nice house and great location for Del Mar and close to Solana Beach. The towel rack was coming off of the wall but I fixed it with a proper drywall anchor so it's good to go for years. 3 bedrooms would be nice but the extra bed in the master worked out fine. Easy walk to the beach and that's what we wanted.»

«Seven of us ladies stayed at Stephanie's house and it worked out great. The location is excellent and very close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It has great gathering areas in the backyard and in the living room. It's nice that it's on a dead-end street as it made things very quiet. Stephanie was extremely accommodating and responsive. Great experience.»

«The condo was great, easy access to the beach. We were there to go to the races at Del Mar, the location worked out great as the track bus was only a block from the condo. The parking was a great plus although we walked almost everywhere with the restaurants right down the street»

«Miriam was wonderful. She gave us so many tips on what to do, and where to go in the area the property is on a bluff so be prepared for lots of steps. The condo had everything we needed and is beautifully decorated. Beds are very comfortable and clean. There is secured underground parking which was very nice. Great location for visiting San Diego, La Jolla, Carlsbad and of course the beach. It is a steep climb down to visit the private beach. Just think of it as your exercise for the day! Highly ...
