«Nancy and Jim were fantastic hosts and their Casita Vista was adorable. It was a perfect studio for our weekend getaway and was stocked with fun activities to do too (i.e., books, old movies). The biggest plus for us was the mini AC and kitchenette. They had everything you can think of needing and we were stocked with towels and other basic necessities. 10/10 would recommend staying with them at Casita Vista.»

However, the house was experiencing an ant infestation. Upon arrival the kitchen counters were teeming with ants. The primary bedroom’s bath had a hundreds of ants on the counter and walls. «A good stay in a good location! Very close to many beaches. The beaches in the area were packed for the entire weekend. Many good local spots to eat and get coffee as well! The bed is pretty much solid as a rock, though, and the walls are very thin. Other than that, everything was great.»

«The house and location are great. It is just a few blocks from Lake San Marcos. Very safe area. The house is very clean, comfortable and even has garage access for a car. The wifi is top notch. The home has a nice kitchen with all the usual amenities. There are two full bathrooms and a nice sized family area. The hosts are responsive.
