This 2 bedroom apartment has two queen beds, a full kitchen and laundry. With mbeautiful views all around, it is very close to the San Diego Safari Park, wine tasting (walking distance to 4 wineries) and several wedding venues. You’ll love the privacy and spaciousness, the fresh fruit and farm animals, and the tranquility of the place, while being only 4.5 miles off the freeway. This space is excellent for couples, business travelers, small groups, solo adventurers, and families.

The space:
The apartment is on the other side of the garages as the main house so you have plenty of privacy. There are two separate bedrooms, each with a very comfortable queen bed. A full-size bathroom is not attached to either bedroom so is easily accessed by both bedrooms without inconveniencing anyone. You have a full kitchen with a sit up bar as well as a separate dining area. The living area has two sofas, one of which pulls out into a double bed. The washer/dryer allow longer-term guests to do their laundry. Also, there is a very spacious outdoor patio for relaxing in the sunshine or star-gazing and enjoying the serenity at night. The high-end craftsmanship is noticeable and the house is newly built.

Guest access:
You have the entire apartment to yourself. We live in the main house full-time so we are on hand for anything you might need during your stay but stay out of your way if that is your preference.

Other things to note:
There is also a new and adorable tiny house on the property listed separately on VRBO. If you have a larger group, or family/friends who would like to stay nearby (about 100 steps away), this is a great option to expand your group size but still have your privacy and separate space!
