The property had not been cleaned (at all) before we checked in. I had to clean it (I have pictures of how bad it was) the evening we arrived (after a 7.5-hour drive). The satellite was out which we really weren't too unhappy about, but Lewis Realty contacted us to tell us that the repair order was for Wednesday. Turned out it was for Wednesday 4-6. We were at the beach when the call came in (I don't get service at the beach). We arrived back at the house at 5:00. When they hadn't arrived by 6, I called and left a message. They called me the next morning which is when I found out that they expected us to use or vacation time to wait at the house for the repair person to come in. I pointed out that they have access and they tried to use the COVID excuse, but the house was filthy when we arrived so I did not accept that reasoning. Needless to say, the conversation did not go well - again this is Thursday and we would be leaving Saturday morning so the satellite repair benefited the incoming renters. I was treated so poorly by Lewis Realty, that we ended up leaving a day early. Not the vacation I was expecting. I asked for, and we were offered a small refund for the unclean house and no satellite.
