«Arenal Manoa was a dream come true. The grounds are pristine, beautiful, so much flora and fauna, just magical. Everyone was very polite and attentive. We stayed only 3 days but I will definitely be back. The pool was amazing and being able to have multiple hot springs in the hotel is a plus. We had lunch and dinner a couple of times and it was delicious, plus breakfast is inclusive, which is a great amenity.»

«Nice place, but there were a few things that could be better: For being a spa resort with swimming pools and hot springs, there are literally no place in the room to hang your wet clothes. Should be more hangers or racks. The staff was mainly friendly but some of them seemed like they hated the guests. Especially the girl in the gift shop was very unfriendly and not helpful at all.»

«My family and I had a great stay here! JP and his associates welcomed us and made us feel at home. Complimentary breakfast was great and the other meals were delicious. The room itself was great given you are in the jungle, so there was no a/c and typical sugar ants but nothing unexpected. The pool and the views were gorgeous. The hot tub was down while we were there but it wasn’t missed. We took advantage of the Lake Tour and La Tia’s massage services which were both worth the money. We ...

«The location and property are absolutely beautiful! Incredible views! The grounds are kept meticulously! The rooms are clean and neat. The rooms are simple and yet elegant at the same time. The staff were very forgiving of my limited Spanish. A little harder to get to but worth the drive. The restaurant on property was excellent. Just a small sidenote… There was no air conditioner in my smaller room. I knew this going into it and the nice breeze that was almost constant.»
