We repeated some of the activities because of how much fun we had. The only thing they could improve is the food. Food is not great at the hotel and it’s expensive.»

«Nice place, but there were a few things that could be better: For being a spa resort with swimming pools and hot springs, there are literally no place in the room to hang your wet clothes. Should be more hangers or racks. The staff was mainly friendly but some of them seemed like they hated the guests. Especially the girl in the gift shop was very unfriendly and not helpful at all.»

«The location and property are absolutely beautiful! Incredible views! The grounds are kept meticulously! The rooms are clean and neat. The rooms are simple and yet elegant at the same time. The staff were very forgiving of my limited Spanish. A little harder to get to but worth the drive. The restaurant on property was excellent. Just a small sidenote… There was no air conditioner in my smaller room. I knew this going into it and the nice breeze that was almost constant.»

«This was our first stop in our 10 day trip and we loved almost everything about this hotel. The service was outstanding, the aesthetic of the property was impeccable, and our room was divine. The only thing I would criticize would be the prices of the food available. We ordered ribs for lunch which cost $33 and they gave us 2 ribs which were smaller than my 9 year old son's fist. We ended up eating in town most of the nights there. Their complementary breakfast was delicious though.»
