«Staff was extremely friendly and they were patient with my broken Spanish. They were very accommodating in every part of the resort. The swim up bar was very convenient for watching the World Cup con cervesas frias. The room and facilities were very clean and well maintained.»

«Nice place, but there were a few things that could be better: For being a spa resort with swimming pools and hot springs, there are literally no place in the room to hang your wet clothes. Should be more hangers or racks. The staff was mainly friendly but some of them seemed like they hated the guests. Especially the girl in the gift shop was very unfriendly and not helpful at all.»

«Even that the road to get there is not in amazing conditions, if you have a 4x4 - tall car is totally worth it! The place and the nature around it is amazing, you feel like a VIP the staff is amazingly friendly and the food is incredible, we had so much fun, so many things to do that time is not enough. «My family and I had a great stay here! JP and his associates welcomed us and made us feel at home. Complimentary breakfast was great and the other meals were delicious. The room itself was great given you are in the jungle, so there was no a/c and typical sugar ants but nothing unexpected. The pool and the views were gorgeous. «The location and property are absolutely beautiful! Incredible views! The grounds are kept meticulously! The rooms are clean and neat. The rooms are simple and yet elegant at the same time. The staff were very forgiving of my limited Spanish. A little harder to get to but worth the drive. The restaurant on property was excellent. Just a small sidenote… There was no air conditioner in my smaller room. I knew this going into it and the nice breeze that was almost constant.»
