«Lovely little accommodation just off the main drag of La Fortuna. Quiet, clean, safe. Lovely staff. Parking was right outside the doors to our unit which made unloading/loading our luggage a breeze. Breakfast was very good...perhaps the best I had on our two week trip to Costa Rica. Kids complained that the pool was cold. I would stay again. »

«The best part of my trip to La Fortuna was staying at this hotel. The rooms were nicely furnished, absolutely spotless, A/C was extremely efficient, and having laundry on site was very useful. Rooms had Smart TVs with Netflix and other streaming channels. This is the only place I will stay at in La Fortuna going forwards. »

«If you are staying in La Fortuna, I cannot imagine a better option. We used it as a home base for all the usual activities in the area. For meals, we could cook right there (the Super Rosvil market is a short walk away) or we could go out to eat - there's Mario's place on the next corner for easy food, or an easy walk to downtown for lots of other options). «I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Tangara Arenal. I booked the bungalow option, and it was a great choice. The bungalow was surrounded by plants and trees, with outdoor seating perfect for relaxing or reading while it rained—and when it rains, it pours! «Amazing people working there! So helpful, and friendly. I was sick and couldn't do a zip line trip that I ordered via the hotel, didn't have to pay for it.
