«We stayed 2 nights here and loved it. The garden is gorgeous and we enjoyed the hot pools both nights, what a wonderful way to unwind after a busy day! The wifi signal was good at some places, but we couldn't use internet in our cabin. I didn't hear any noises from other guests, it felt very private. Breakfast took some time as many people arrived at the same time. It looked like this place is popular and I can understand why. Would definitely come back!»

«Our honeymoon suite was everything we wanted and more. They have a restaurant on the property that is delicious the bridge over the stream & long walkway back felt like that of a top notch resort. «This hotel was so comfy, cozy and clean. The staff were so nice and spoke English. The room itself was beautiful walking outside to a tropical paradise. I didn’t get a chance to eat the breakfast because they came late with our food and we were expected to do a coffee tour at 8:00, but it was quite alright. The room and staff made up for that. I’ll definately be going back!!!»

«Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the whole property was well maintained, beautiful, and so peaceful. The villa was clean and the view from the balcony was so serene. The highlight was the complementary breakfast. Just 2 minutes down the road is a restaurant called the Gecko, that provided our complementary breakfast through the hotel. «The staff were so nice and beautiful villas very spacious and gorgeous. Were able To contact staff easily and our WiFi went out during a storm and they were quick to get it fixed and repaired for us. They did a special surprise on my birthday for me which was very nice of them and everyone was super nice and stunning views. Super close to waterfall and free breads at at Geckos. Highly recommend and will be coming back!»

«We loved this spot! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. It didn't feel like a hotel in the best way - it felt more like you were staying at someone's private residence. Beautiful gardens, great pool and hot tub. And we loved the resident cats who would frequently come to visit. Staff were very attentive and replied quickly via WhatsApp if anything was ever required. «Hotel is really in a good area. We rent a car so driving out to the attractions weren’t too far from us at all. There are 6 pools/hot tubs to dip in and my son loves them all. My cleaning lady is so nice she made the elephant towel for us and she cleaned the room so well. The hotel is under renovation so some noise woke us up in the morning most of the time but overall we are happy with them. If we come back to La Fortuna in the future, we will definitely stay with them again.»
