You enter through a wrought iron gate into a private two level garden patio to the front door. There is an additional raised patio with a bistro table and chairs for four, flower beds, and two lemon trees that provide shade on sunny days. A wrought iron staircase leads you to an additional seating area on an upper terrace.
Entering the home, you step into a large and airy bright open-plan living and dining room with four windows and an a/c unit. On this floor there is also a small half bath and a compact but fully equipped kitchen including electric range, large fridge, microwave and small dishwasher.
From the living room you take the stairs up to a spacious hall off of which are two large bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed, two nightstands, and a built in wardrobe. This room has a window overlooking the patio below and the lemon trees. It also has an a/c unit.
The master bedroom also offers a queen size bed, a large wardrobe, two windows and double doors leading to a small balcony. This room also has an a/c unit.
