Didn’t even stay at this hotel, since they were over booked and now they’re lying that I didn’t want to stay on the floor assigned. Complete lies, let me and my kids without a room to stay at. Never again going to Bally. They can stay with their $100 Bunch of thieves

Booked for anniversary, pulled up only to be told no valet’s anymore and had to carry all our luggage , lots of homeless people in front of doors, had emergency medical in the middle of night and accidentally left our Dress clothes in closet and had horrible experience getting staff on the phone and had to drive back three hours to get clothes after offering to pay to ship out stuff
