«Oppholdet var noe bedre enn middels. Vi burde ja vært tilbudt rom-service med enkel servering da vi ankom, restauranten var full og det var lite åpent i Ludlow. Siste natt gikk brannalarmen bananas og vekket oss 5 ganger før de klarte å skru den av. En god del støy fra puben over gata til over midnatt.»

«Beautiful hotel even looking through storm Claudia! The food was first class in the restaurant with some of the best chicken I've tasted. The room was lovely and little touches like light coming on when you opened the cupboard & a night light in the bathroom added to the stay. Bed was soft and comfortable. Very pleasant stay with lovely staff and if we ever go up that was again, definitely high on our list to stay: just hope the weather is better :-)»

«Nice welcome, shown to our room which was spotless and nice and warm, the bed was very comfortable. Nice bathroom, soft towels and plenty of hot water. Nice evening meal in the restaurant,good selection on the menu. Breakfast menu was good, and well prepared. Nice and friendly staff..we would definitely stay again. »

«First time staying here for the Malvern Show. I was given the top floor self catering flat and it was so comfortable. Just like a home from home. Even though it was self catering, I had bread, butter, milk, jam/marmalade/honey and orange juice in the fridge which was complimentary. Food in the pub in the evenings was lovely, tasty and hot. Staff, landlady and landlord were so friendly and welcoming. The locals were engaging and friendly too. As a solo traveller I was well looked after and ...
