«The property was quiet and comfy. It was right on several bus & rail lines. There is a convenience store right next door that is well stocked but has limited hours. We used the bus lines to get around as we are not very mobile. The property is close to the top of the hill so walking is mostly a vertical challenge. «Amazing location and a safe neighborhood. The home was spotless and cozy with a top deck that gave amazing views of the space needle and the city. We stayed for a concert at the climate pledge arena and it allowed us to walk to and from the arena in about 8 to 10 minutes which made the whole event so much less stressful. «Our stay was after our cruise we stayed June 23rd and checked out June 25th. The apartment was listed as having air conditioning.... It was in the low 90's during our stay. The air conditioning consisted of 3 portable units and a fan. We were instructed by the gentleman that took you to the apartment that you couldn't run all 3 units at the same time because it would kickoff the electrical breaker! We were told to run 2 units an the fan. We couldn't even do that because the electrical breaker ...

The location is great - very close to beautiful Carkeek Park and bustling Greenwood, and there is a QFC grocery store and a strip mall within walking distance.
