A lovely, spacious place to stay within walking distance to everything that Ballard has to offer and short jaunt to downtown, Pike Place Market, Space Needle, UW & Lake Union. Perfect for us

We stayed a week to visit our son and tour Seattle. This was a great location for us. It was clean and modern with everything we needed. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Wonderful Stay

Two of us stayed here in the Ballard area of Washington. Convenient to bus, shopping and restaurants. The property was a great layout for the two of us. One of us stayed on the first level and the other on the third and we met in the middle where the kitchen and dining area are. It was a wonderful stay and I would stay there again.

Brian’s place was spotlessly clean, easily walkable to all of the places in Ballard. Brian was responsive to all of our questions and requests. We loved the rooftop patio.

The townhome was very clean, newly renovated and well-stocked with all the essentials. This house was the perfect size for two couples with plenty of privacy. Brian, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful. Loved the rooftop patio - great place to enjoy takeout dinner or meditate!

Great place! Be ready to walk the stairs

This property was great for me! The location was nice as we could walk from the house to downtown and we even walked to the breweries. There were so great places to eat in the area. The property has lots of stair and you cannot avoid that so beware of that. Great place. Great host. Great fun

Great location

The unit was very nice and clean. Quiet neighborhood for the most part. Parking is tricky so just be aware of that. Lots of street parking, but always full. Great walkable area and lots of options for restaurants.

This place did not meet our expectations. The living room has large glass doors that face across to the apartment immediately next door. There were no curtains or blinds, so we were completely exposed to the neighbours which was very uncomfortable. There were other windows that also had no blinds or curtains. The front of the oven was dirty, the coffee mugs were stained, the upper stairs and bedroom had old, stained carpet which smelled. This place was not worth the $ and was a disappointment.

The property was very comfortable and clean. We loved the location in Ballard. We could walk to everything. The Sunday Market in town was great! The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Very nice property.
