«We have a lot of complimentary adjectives when it comes to this stay. It had absolutely everything we needed and then some. We really enjoyed the nutrition bars, tea and coffee set out for us including paper towels, utensils, glasses and paper plates. We had the privilege of meeting Janet, the host of the property, and what a delight that was. We definitely plan to come to this particular place again when we come to Redding. It was so peaceful, a true blessing.»

«Such a beautiful location. It’s at the end of the street, up against the mountains. The fog coming off the mountains in the morning was beautiful. This is a large property with lots of other units but the space was private, parking was easy and lots of access to amenities. Loved our stay!»

«My daughter and I stayed for one night. This property was just what we needed for a quick trip to tour Chico State. Everything was easy, studio was pretty and clean, bed was comfy. Location was excellent for walking to campus and into town. Property owner was kind and helpful. If my daughter chooses Chico, my husband and I will definitely stay here when we visit our girl. «Well, it did not feel like a resort. It was mostly like a trailer park with tents, cabins and trailers. I think the property needs to have a landscaping consultant to evaluate and redesign it to feel more like a resort. Also hard to find entrance off Hwy44 at night as the sign is faded and without any lighting.»

«This modest townhouse with a shared wall is perfectly located between Sierra Nevada Taproom and Shubert's Ice Cream. Nice that there was coffee in the kitchen. Really nice to have ceiling fans in both bedrooms. We enjoyed the small but private outdoor seating area.»

«This little apartment is cute and comfortable. Very close to many restaurants and shops. It was a perfect location to access Whiskeytown Lake Rec Area and not to far from Shasta to access other national parks. I would definitely book this place again when back in the area!»
